How can I pay for my trip?
There are two options to pay for the trip. You can make a full payment immediately upon booking or pay a $300 deposit and the rest in instalments that you are comfortable in running up to 90 days to the trip departure. Deposit is non-refundable if cancellations are made after 90 days to the departure date. Payments can be done via direct bank transfer, PayPal or online transfers .
How many people will be on the trip?
We aim to keep the trips small and intimate hence 10 to 15 people max .
What if we would like to book a separate group trip to Kenya?
You are more than welcome to book a separate group trip that we shall curate to your requirements. We can also advise you on the best and affordable flight options.
Is the day to day itinerary fixed?
The itinerary has already been planned out hence should there be any changes this will be communicated prior to the start of the trip but we will do our best to stick to the schedule, however some aspects may change that are out of our control like weather changes or flight cancellations etc. We will act accordingly and find alternative plans during such eventualities.
Who will I share a room with?
Rooms will be assigned on double occupancy. All rooms have two single beds with an en suite bathroom. If you wish to have a room on your own, a fee is applicable for single occupancy. Please let us know when making the booking.
How will I be assigned a roommate if I join the trip solo?
Our trips are all about connections. 6 weeks before the trip, in addition to the Facebook group, we will create a WhatsApp group where we can mingle and get to know each other and even find a roommate! If traveling alone, you will be paired randomly with another traveler.
Do you offer any payment plans?
Yes. Once you secure your slot with a deposit, the payment towards your trip can be paid out in flexible instalments that are comfortable for you. Please let us know what works best for you with the last payment due 90 days before the start of the tour.
